Stupid and Slow Wins the Race

You know whats fun to do when you have death, I mean mono? Spend all day chatting with your health insurance agency and doctors office to find out your trip to the urgent care center to diagnose your mono was not covered. Finally, after 9 hours of stupid and rude(Tricare North), I called the south (stupid and slow) They were able to break it down for me. ER covered; urgent care not covered. I should have called first. What can you do? I was just in so much pain I was not thinking clearly.
